Frequently Asked Quesions
How do we register?
Registration may be done either in person at 5400 Cartier Street (Building 2—Main Reception) or by fax at 604.261.2284. Space is limited so we strongly recommend that you register as soon as possible. Full payment must be received in order to reserve a spot. To download a Registration Form, click here ( pdf).
Is this camp tax deductible?
Some families may be able to claim the camp fees as child care expenses on their income tax. We will issue the receipts and distribute them at the last day of your child's class.
What happens if the participant has to miss some of the classes because of family commitment or schedule conflict?
We will customize the program to meet your needs. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration provided our office is given advance notice. Fees will be pro-rated accordingly.
Is there before or after-camp care?
We are unable to assist families with before or after-camp care. However, for those registered in a morning and afternoon class, campers will be given time to have their lunch in order to attend the next camp.
Where do campers have lunch?
Campers can have their packed lunch in the cafeteria or there are picnic tables within the school grounds. Vending machines are available.
Where will the camps be held?
Our camps are on campus (Vancouver College). For those regsitered in S-8 Head Start - Grade 8 Transition Program, a letter with details of the week's activities will be emailed to you (copy of letter - coming soon).

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available if the camper withdraws from the camp at least 14 days prior to the start date of the camp. An administrative fee of $50 will be applied. No refunds will be given if the withdrawal is made within 14 days of the camp start date. We reserve the right to cancel any camp and will inform you one week prior to camp start date. In such situations, all fees will be fully refunded.
